Kindred Spirits

The sea is a source of life and the crane (youth) and the turtle (old age) are symbols for long life. The crane is also a symbol for peace, immortality and happiness. The turtle is the symbol for steadiness, endurance, stability, support, protection and strength. Cranes and turtles are separated in life but related in spirit. With this image I like to evoke the hope and wish for all animals to be protected and non to go extinct.
